When I was a teenager, I enjoyed my family time, but would steal away to read a Dean Koontz novel. till this day when I think of "Seize the Night", it reminds me of them snowy evenings by the lamplight reading his book. In fact, why can't holidays just be ignored, and practiced by those who care?
