What Is the Proper Way to Address Bullying?
This school year is already a hot mess for the children and their families
The school year has just begun and already we have children threatening other children with a gun on the bus, and parents threatening children on a bus. In each case, the parent stood by their child because allegedly, the child was being bullied in the first place. However, people are tired of seeing the reactions and are blaming the victims. Why?
According to a news report, a Louisville father said “Seeing my child come home with a knot on her head was the last straw”.
He got on the bus and threatened the children, and it was really heartbreaking hearing some of the kids sobbing. The father has since publicly apologized for his behavior.
It did not stop the video from going viral though.
Commenters had interesting things to say[I’ll paraphrase most]:
“How dare him as an adult threaten children?!”
“The school year has JUST begun!”
“Can’t he hear all the kids screaming?”
