What Have Planks Done For Me?
Here are my results from doing planks for 28 days
Note: I started doing planks in February so, it was a 28 day thing, coupled with me drinking lots spring)water and completing at least 15 minutes of Pilates exercise.
I am all about atomic habits and changes because it is a great starter for even greater benefits.
Last summer, I discussed what my results looked like, just exercising for half an hour with my husband and eating a bit healthier which led to subtle yet great results. Then I read an article by a fellow Medium writer that I cannot find(darn it!), but I found a similar one by Lemarc Gentles that pretty much sums up the benefits of planks and I was from then on inspired!
