For the last several months I’ve experienced some strange symptoms:

-Clumps of hair falling out.

-Frequent urination all through the night.

-The “shakes”/jitters.

-Extreme craving for more water because of dry mouth.

-Stomach growling in hunger after eating a huge meal. Wanting more food.

Although I have been on a health journey involving body, mind and soul, I failed to mention I have two addictions: white rice and breads, and the occasional chocolate.

For years I have been anemic(low iron in blood) and this time after my bloodwork the other day, I messaged my doctor via email:
