I have the most exciting news to report: Two women of vastly different ages and backgrounds, have successfully reversed their Type 2 Diabetes. Often I write about the complications and woes about this chronic illness, but to report how people are reversing it, is a joy to witness. These two women were able to reverse it in slightly different ways, but the way they did it is something we all can do.

Lady #1, late 20s, active surfer

The first lady, let’s call her Mia.

She leads a very active life and has been in diabetic remission for at least two years now.

I enjoy her spunky personality and her willingness to help others who have questions about managing their blood sugars. One thing about her though is she is “no nonsense” — you either want to cure yourself of this thing or not.

Pretty much sums up her talk.

Mia said she cut back on her carbs(not completely), but completely cut sugars from her life. She also took her meds just as the doctor instructed and she drinks plenty of water…
