Torimodosu

A poem

Torimodosu is a Japanese word for “getting back to recovery” or “healing” This poem is based on a Miraquill prompt. Enjoy!

And so the talented
Bleeding pain you
Left inside me has
Taken root

The gnarled fingers
Of fate, twisted
In My heart and has
Taken root

But, do you know
Something special
About roots embedded
In darkness?

Without light
Without rain
Roots of pain
Grab on to auxin
Then flourish
Like a blush
From a kiss landed
Sweetly
