This was such a great article to read! Especially the part about soda and Gatorade. For a time, 7 Eleven had the organic gatorade. I bought those because it had 230 mg sodium and without the dye. However, I just began drinking spring water versus any Gatorade for the last year or so.

I was never into diet sodas😀
