This Recent Taco Bell Fiasco Could Have Been Prevented

Last night, I viewed a video of what happened at the Taco Bell in Dallas.

Two people: a 16 year old and an adult family member spent $30 on food that the workers got wrong — twice. The workers kept messing up their order so the customers went inside and on the very graphic video you see them go around the corner to the kitchen and suddenly you see an overflow of boiling, steaming water hit them.

The customers suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns.

The incident is much worse than we thought, but it is a teachable moment:

The customers spent money.

Their food was not made correctly.

The workers messed up the order twice, allegedly.

The paying customer got upset(understandably so).

The worker(s) poured scalding water all over the teenager and adult.

I highlighted key words for a reason, just so we can all be on the same page. This way, we can see that that nobody wins here in the great Game of Life.
