This Fast-Food Place Is Also Crossed Off My List For Good

The latest in customer service faux pas is helping me to leave these places alone

I think fast food places just don’t want to be in business anymore, and it shows with their customer service. Please note: Customer service is what drives the dollars folks. This is why Chic-Fil-A will always roll in dough even when closed on Sundays!

So, it was last Friday night, my husband and I just got off work and even though we normally cook(prefering home meals than eat out food), we were just so doggone tired we decided, “Why not, let’s order from Dominos.” We ordered the pasta bowls and we already had salad here. So it would be perfect.

My husband placed the order over the phone and when he was done, he looked at me and said, “Can you believe they asked for our address and the young guy sounded tired.”

I was like: “We’ve been ordering from them for a while…not often but enough that they have the address saved in the system.”

“Yeah, my hubby said. “Maybe their system was down or something and it is Friday night, so we can wait. I understand.”

One hour passed.

Then, 45 minutes.
