Thanks for your thoughts, Tess!

As I say many times, "race" topics are definitely draining. In fact, I prefer to speak about poetry and adult coloring all day long, and I do on my Instagram. It's much more peaceful.

As a black woman, however, certain discussions should occur if only to educate future generations, not to breed divisiveness. I think we are all divided enough. In fact, it is those that are ignorant who continue to create a system of oppression for others regardless to race. Education with heart is the key. Thank you.
