I typically wake up very slowly and get my mind together. I've never been one to just "jump out of bed", although some people do that. I have to prepare for the day and give gratitude to God.

Even when it comes to morning workouts before work. It is more or less "soft workouts". Just some stretching for five minutes or so and a bit of Pilates for another five minutes or so.

I have the opposite problem with sleeping: I need to sleep for more than 5 or 6 hours a night, so I have the Pillow app to track my sleep these days and it comes with audio recordings.
