How do you view what happened to black slaves for at least 4 centuries? Which began as economic -related and around 1766 became race -related?

Also, I believe Whoopi was trying to say it was white on white crime, same as when people say black on black crime. I’m sure blacks that kill each other have “some genetic differences within the group” or different beliefs….

But we still call it black on black crime.
