Thank you for writing this, I did highlight pertinent parts and re-read some parts and ideally I would like to be considered as simply human, but as long as we see peoples hues and behaviors and label them, as long as we have systemic oppression, as long as job applications continue to ask if we are Black/African or Hispanic Black, these terms will continue to be used...unfortunately. As you stated perfectly, you don't have to consider yourself black or otherwise. It is the beauty of choice. Thank you.
