My own journey with the diabolical diabetes is all about meds and lifestyle. I started on metformin and Glipizide but eventually was taken off Glipizide because it causes hypoglycemia really bad. While metformin is the better choice, newbies experience nausea and explosive diarrhea 😞… who wants that?
