2022 seems to be an interesting year

It’s nearing the end of 2022 and I just wanted to share with you my weirdest, maybe most relatable thoughts from my Introvert’s Diary. These are thoughts that came up while cooking, reading, or walking.

Enjoy.

The Lockdown was too short

I thought that after the pandemic, I would have the energy I need to suddenly want to blossom and hang out with others. You know, do the so called “normal” thing. The extroverted thing.

Nope. I need there to be a longer lockdown or something. My energy hadn’t fueled up enough.

I imagine all the places I can travel…

I look at the pictures of Myrtle Beach. Cities in Japan and New York.

I tell my husband we will visit his hometown — and I truly REALLY do want to.

But it is too new, too different. Why aren’t I ready?

Having fear sucks

Fear makes a person boring. I know this.

Fear keeps you from marketing yourself well. Fear keeps you from putting yourself out there, letting the world see your talent.
