People like Goldfarb have cognitive dissonance and twin demons on their shoulders. They don’t realize(or they do and don’t care), that Black’s and Browns are typically mistreated by white doctors or shamed.

So , essentially this “ genius” is really saying, “ We can’t and won’t treat you right because you are Black, but we also don’t need you becoming doctors to save lives”
