Maxwell,
I will say this: I am reading this and it pierces my heart because I've said similar words before.
I am glad you do have people in your corner who do love you and wish the best for you. Life is the warmest, coldest dog in heat ever. I know. I've been there. The other plus, is that you recognize Life for what it is. I just realized this year, that all I have been pursuing, only brought me 360 degrees back to what was placed in my heart as a child all those years ago. I couldn't see it because I was busy envying family members with P.h. D. degrees.
Anyway, your article reminds me of the Psalm of David, how he wanted God to kill all his enemies and then he'd cry and weep on the couch saying "how can I be loved when you let these things slay me!"
But by the end, he says, "Hey I am victorious!"
This is not a Religious thing. This is a Get on our feet and fight thing. Thank you for your honesty.
