Ladies: Here Is What Not To Do To Get Over An Ex
It’s not the end of the world, but it can feel like it if you go about this the wrong way
First off, I’d like to say I love that you are stopping by to read this because it means you’re either hurting from a breakup or you need to understand how you as a woman function during a breakup. I hate that we are meeting under these circumstances because I’ve been down this road before, and perhaps I can offer what not to do to get over an ex.

The pain is real but no rebounding!
I know it hurts.
You see him with someone else and worse…he has her on his social media platform!
What some, or dare I say most women do, is try to heal the wound by saying to themselves, “I’m worthy too. I can catch someone and I’ll get over him.”
Please. for the love of God, no. Unfortunately, women’s self esteem is wrapped up in her relationships and friendships, which is why when one of those fail, she gets severely depressed.
