I’ve bookmarked your article. I love it! I use avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil for cooking. Plus, I’ve been trying to keep meals simple( it’s hard!) by eating veggies and having maybe chicken or fish on the side or no meat at all. Most days I can do this, other days I eat what I truly want which could be good or bad 😬
