Is Instacart Worth Using?
My personal opinion and overview so you can decide
Two weeks ago, I started using a popular personal shopping app. It was kind of a spur of the moment type thing — Amazon did not send me my rabbit food in a decent time, they just kept making promises, so I ended up downloading an app that connected me to personal shoppers, and now I will tell you what to expect.
Did I receive fast, friendly service?
The popular app I am referencing here, is Instacart. Instacart is super easy to download, and you can get started quickly by choosing your favorite stores and picking items.
I was hoping they would connect me with good people — and they did.
Two of them are now my regular personal shoppers because the app intuitively remembers I gave them 5 stars before,and want to keep me connected with them.
I’m assuming it is like the Lyft app, where if you rate a driver below five stars, they will not connect them with you again.
Only one shopper had me upset- they did not allow me to chat with them at all(could be an app problem) and they forgot my water.
Aside from that one bad shopper, the service is pretty fast. You can opt for a 20–50 minute window for an extra $2, or standard…
