I am still holding on to my eBook version since I bought it in 2013, and it is very useful.
Evergreen content is found throughout the book. Not just contests and journals(which may not be up to date), but the book includes an overview on types of poems and how to conduct your life as every day, how to submit poems, and how to query also makes this book a treasure.
