Is Demon Slayer Worth Watching?

Kimetsu no Yaiba or Demon Slayer, is by far one of the most successful animes out there. Check out these stats and facts:

• In 2020 alone, the Demon slayer franchise grossed an annual sales revenue of 8.75 billion.
• According to Kotaku , Demon Slayer fans donated more blood due to the popularity of the anime (there was even blood drive promotion posters featuring Demon Slayer).
• Writer and illustrator, Koyoharu Gotouge previously tried to serialize Haeniwa no Zigzag , but it failed until he came up with an easier to understand the theme in Demon Slayer and since then it became one fo the bestselling series of ALL time.

The story

Demon Slayer is about a young boy named Tanjiro, who comes back from selling coal only to find his community slaughtered by demons. His sister Nezuko, a joyful girl, was slain as well but she is still breathing.

When Tanjiro picks her up and carries her on his back, she suddenly grows fangs and that is when we all realize. Uh oh. Nezuko is not…Nezuko. She is a demon.

What is there to like about this anime?
