I wrote an article a while back about natural talent and finding out what you're good at. While I believe there are those of us naturally gifted in some areas, writing + reading definitely goes hand in hand. How can you write when you haven't read words?
I also love your article because it puts ideas into perspective. I am also a firm believer that it is what you call yourself, not the accolades or titles given or that you want to achieve. I call myself a poet because I write poetry, but every day I still have to fine tune my craft and every day I read poetry--or at least most days I read poems.
Thank you for your words.
