I thoroughly enjoyed your article because it was insightful and well organized.

I am a believer in a higher power, however I could never see myself ignoring or mistreating someone because they are not. A really interesting book I read couple of years ago called, “ The Ebony Exodus Project” she’d light on why Black Women were becoming atheists or at least agnostic.

I realized that overall, in their past , they were hurt in some way. Some, not all. Yet they have an air of freedom from patriarchy now or disconnected from harmful religious ties. It was a very good book featuring interviews(which I love) with the women.
