I have been published in journals , self published books of poems, and I write on Medium.

So far, being published in a journal earned me a small amount of change and options to subscribe.

Self publishing did not earn me as much as I thought. The process was fun though, and perhaps my marketing skills were not the greatest.

Finally, my results from pubishing on Medium and Miraquill is that I get immediate feedback, encouragement and steady traffic to my poetry. I earn Pennies , but I Love feedback.

Combining all these avenues may be the secret, but I am okay with poetry’s position in the literary world. For now .
