I can honestly say that blessedly, luckily , I found a fellow bookworm and anime enthusiast at my past job , but she had to move away and the other one created her own business. Those were the only times it was cool to talk outside of work. Sometimes it works out like that, but I’m more of a “ just get to work “ mentality 90% of the time.
