I am clapping forever on this one. Almost everyone I know has rented/bought a home since the pandemic. I am nearly sick of hearing about their buying a home(I am far from jealous). My husband and I decided if we really want a home, we can definitely get one, but we may want to travel farther one day and we love having someone on call for the large repairs. Having a home seems like a bit much right now, in my opinion.
