I actually agree with you. Many crimes occur within groups in proximity to each other.

What makes the black plight unique is that not only is there a high black on black crime but are also killed by those with badges a lot more. I do mention in other articles that black people do have a lot of clean up to do--well, humans in general have a LOT of soul work to do. Thanks for reading!
