If you’ve read my previous post of how I yielded a good profit from crocheting, you’ll see that crocheting was not something I did for years. I literally did not know how until I hit my late 30s.

Here is everything I did to earn from crocheting ear cushions.

I learned all I needed to learn

Before crocheting, I was loom knitting small pumpkins. So I knew certain knitting terms and was familiar with phrases like “stretching my stitches” or using items like darning needles.

Crocheting was a whole other beast. I considered it harder than loom knitting. Yet, I had a precious team of coworkers who urged me to learn all I can. They loved the pumpkins and so they trusted me to knit ear cushions. I searched Google everyday, hunting for how to crochet circles. Then I went on YouTube so I can get the actual visuals on how to use a crochet needle.

It was so difficult for me to learn but I never gave up.
