To those two statements, I will say this. Just like in any other race group, Blacks have their good and bad within the group. However, the Civil Rights movement, largely created/started by Blacks was mainly for Blacks during a time where we still had minimal rights and minimally treated like humans. Other races to this day still benefit off those blood, sweat and tears.

Secondly, I could have sworn Blacks were upset when Oprah concentrated her efforts on a girls school in Africa, versus the Black communities here? I may need to Google that one. It happened several years back.
