I loved this entire article! I just learned that chocolate, the dark bitter, 70-96% cacao kind, has sooooo many health benefits! I knew coffee with cream and sugar would be bitter just like bitter dark chocolate, but it’s great for the body.

Since I’ve been diagnosed diabetic, I’ve found that when I pair regular milk chocolate ( two small pieces) with almonds, my sugars do not spike badly if at all. The bitter chocolate was way too bitter for me though.
