Hey Blackthelma!!! Thank you so much ! And nope. I’m not offended or yelling lol, because overall I think for those who feel traumatized should dig deep and unfortunately, the church only slaps scripture on big wounds.


My own husband, who is a believer, said shadow work sounds like a must have for most.. I agree! so even though I know it is good, I know someone else may benefit more from the journal. My thing is, once we call forth and integrate the shadow.. we must transcend it.
