Here’s A Traditional Yet Best Decor Idea For Your Home

You’ve seen it in your best friend’s home. Or, you’ve seen them sitting on the office table when you’re signing the lease to your new place. Sometimes, it sits in the parlor window.

I’m talking about Coffee Table books.

Last year when my husband and I were on tour of a new luxury apartment, I went into the bedroom area, which was amazingly decorative with dark ruby and brown hues in the curtains and bedsheets; a simple dresser was on my left.

On top of the dresser were at least four books, stacked neatly between two black bookends. The titles mattered not, but I caught a few mysteries and nonfiction titles. Yet, it was not the titles that caught my eye and made my heart pound — it was how the colors of the books coordinated with the room.

A splendid book of decor I can’t wait to add to my home is the Brown Bohemians Book. It is a large 8.75x11 inch treasure with beautiful photography.
