Great article! This reminds me of my call center experience earlier this year. It had gotten so bad that I was literally having stress headaches and my heart murmurs were way out of control because of the types of calls I was taking. After 3 years of that, I had to leave abruptly.

I know there are some old school black folk who complain about their bosses but say, "I gotta eat. I have bills." Yet, I love that there are resources out there for the new generation and older folk like me. I can't stay anywhere too long if there is mess going on, I have to protect my sanity.
