First, I'd like to say congrats on redirecting, Miss Lady! It is so crucial to examine our lives and redirect it from old programming and junk.

Secondly, I found out last year that the guy who started KFC was in his 60s! His 60s! Age did not stop him. That encouraged me so much because there are several things, I have not done in my younger life due to being too afraid/introverted.

These days, I am examining my life more through journaling. I bought quite a few notebooks and one of them is half filled. I have decided to focus on creating more coloring books and practice sketching. It's wonderful to not worry over age and just enjoying where I am right now. Living in the present and being mindful.
