Facts! Amy Chen on tik Tok pointed this out(I'm no longer on the app but I watched her videos often). She said certain people wonder why there are spaces created for Blacks and other POC, and they feel it is divisive. Um, it feels divisive because they've always included themselves and not us. Then we create programs for us/or at least by us, it is a problem. We have seen evidence of this with the disruption of programs for Black women in business and affirmative action.
