Do You Realize Most Of Your Current Addictions Is Not Your Fault?

When it comes to diabetes, I’ve heard it all:
“You must have ate too much.”
“You’ve got to exercise!”
“You have to stay away from sugar!”

Do I?
Do I need to punish myself, or is something else more sinister at work here?
