Can a Man Truly Love and Marry a Shy Woman?

Here is my response to a woman’s honest question

Well, my husband married me and I can be super shy.

So there’s that.

Someone asked the question if a man can possibly love a sweet, shy person and below you will see my expanded answer.

1. You must love yourself whole and completely

The first question should be: Do I completely love myself? All of myself?

My shy parts. My crazy parts. The parts I do not understand. I love all of those parts. It is not wise to go looking for love(in my opinion), love is an organic unseen entity. It looks for YOU.

You as a shy woman, have amazing qualities the world needs right now: Kindness. Sweetness. Modesty. These are gems and more valuable than the opposite. Trust me.

2. Unfortunately, the WRONG man can exploit this great quality of yours

The above attributes like sweetness, kindness, even a sense of quiet is great, but these type of qualities can be easily mistaken as weaknesses and honestly too much of anything isn’t good — my father used to say this all the time and I see what he means.
