Bravo, for this piece here!

First of all, it truly saddens me that it has always been this way for teachers because when I hear my sweet niece and nephew, who are good students and respectful talk well of school, I am happy for them because many students and parents do not know the true horrors teachers have to go through each day.

I was never a fully licensed teacher, but I have been a substitute for a few years and a teacher assistant and I can say this: a lot of mess starts from the top downward. My issue has always been the lead teachers, or principals of schools. Some care for their employees, some don't.

Thank you for enlightening us on the true history of schooling in America.
