A Ramen Noodle Hack I Wasn’t Afraid To Try

Earlier this year, I was looking for new dishes to try — particularly Asian dishes, when I came across a viral ramen noodle hack that looked so dang delicious, I had to try it out! Check out the video below!

What captured my attention, were the blast of colors and the pop of green onion sprinkled on top. I love green onions! The noodles do not require that sodium inducing packet that comes with the package, and I always like my noodles stringy al dente but not with a lot of moisture, so this looked perfect to try.

Ingredients

The ingredients are very few and I made some modifications.

  • Ramen noodles (I use 2 packs to make two servings for me and hubby)
  • 2–3 Green onions — most green onions come stalked together so I just chop up the bundle.
