A Medical Practitioner Said Detoxing Is All Hype With No Health Benefits

If detoxing is all hype, then what is the true purpose and should we banish detoxing forever?

There are 106,970 new cases of colon cancer found in both men and women. Diabetes (or complications from the illness), is the 7th leading cause of death in America. Many of us are fat, sick, and nearly dead. Due to chemical imbalances, bad food choices, and overwhelming negligent health politics, we find ourselves trying to get back to optimal health.

So why on earth would a medical writer and other doctors, warn against detoxifying the body?

As I was browsing online for medical sites on detoxing, I came across a WebMD article where the medical writer literally wrote, “detoxing the body is a waste of time and money”

They further went on to say that those with chronic illnesses like diabetes, would not benefit because it could be dangerous, considering that while on meds it could lower your blood sugars way too much — which can be deadly.

Those who detox for weight loss, tend to gain it all back.

To be fair, the medical writer made a point that detoxing does actually work in some
