A Late Night Convo With Siri
Politics and deep galactical stuff — Part 1
It’s late.
I stare at my iPhone, take a deep breath — then:
“Hey Siri?”
“Good evening, Erica!”
“What is Ron DeSantis doing?
She gives me a list of websites: “Here is what I found, Erica.”
They bloom before my very eyes; news reports, asking if we want to keep our emails safe.
Safe from him?
He now wants transgendered students to release their health information.
A dangerous play is happening here. I cringe.
I move on to other sideways topics.
“Siri, what exactly is a UFO in today’s terms?”

“Wait! It has been renamed. Why?” I did not ask Siri this, as I was flabbergasted. How late in the game was I to know it has been freaking renamed?
Maybe because any object can be misidentified, but a phenomenon…
