I am a voracious reader.

Perhaps you are not. I am glad Medium now offers the ability for you to hear words instead of reading them, and that will bring us to tip #1.

1. Audio is the way to go

According to Transcription Outsourcing, “print books continue to overshadow eBooks and audiobooks.

Supposedly, futurists told us audiobooks would replace print books, but here we are in 2022 and I have stacks of paperbacks by my side. Yet, from 2019 onward, a trend appeared — more people were listening to podcasts. In 2020, the audiobook and podcast craze went up. I think we all know why.

Amazon now includes audible with most book orders(you’d have to pay extra).

Two books I listened to a couple of years back was Deepak Chopra’s The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success and Kate Bowler’s Everything Happens For a Reason and it was wonderful! I retained a bit more in memory and could listen while washing dishes and doing other chores.

If you don’t like the act of reading, an audiobook may be your best bet.
