4 Profound, Disturbing Lessons From ‘No One Would Tell’

Lifetime movies are still an addictive weekend favorite of many, and it has been a while since I’ve watched one.

This post will have some spoilers. Sorry!

I watched the 2018 movie “No One Would Tell” starring Shannen Doherty, Mira Sorvino, and Matreya Scarrwener. The movie is based on the true story about 16-year-old Jamie Fuller who murders his 14-year-old girlfriend Amy Carnevale.*

Names were changed in the film, so I’ll refer to the film names from here on.*

It’s what lead up to her murder that is most disconcerting to me, but I hope that by writing, I can unpack some gems I discovered that could possibly help someone else. Some things I’ve noticed may be obvious to some, but I saw some other things from a different angle.

1. Being too bubbly and not cautious can send the wrong message

I would never tell someone to stop being who they are.
