Fans of poetry and poets alike have one thing in common: We love to write to communicate and facilitate our thoughts. Some of us who are shy, are grateful for apps allowing us to share our work. Which app is best depends on what you are looking for and what that app offers — so let’s hop into this.

Poetry apps mentioned on here are available in your Apple app stores and Android at the time of this writing.

Poetizer

I am mentioning this one first because I literally just joined it. I’ve heard about it, but it took me a while to even consider it for my poems.

At the time I was still waiting on another poetry app to migrate to the Apple app store. Now I know that I have been missing greatness! This app allows you to write, publish, create digital products, socialize and more!

The vision is to digitalize, decentralize, ecologize, modernize, and democratize the publishing industry. Poetizer seeks to partner with both emerging and established writers and to help everyone at each stage of their writing journey.- From Poetizer “About” Page

So far, I’ve written two poems on there, and I enjoy the ease of use and the quick feedback from the community…
